OpenXML Filter: XLSX: separate the translations of visible and hidden identical references in worksheets, tables, pivotal tables

This is a follow-up for issue #1051 (closed) and its solution in the scope of pull request #578.

It has been revealed that the same translation is made for identical references in different contexts (worksheets, tables, etc), even if one of them is hidden.

So, it would be better to imply the consideration of contexts in this regard.
