OpenXML Filter: DOCX: documents with tables and cross-structure revisions appear corrupted on merge

The presence of moveToRange(Start|End) or moveFromRange(Start|End) revisions in the scope of a table causes the production of a corrupted document. For more details please refer to the attached examples. The 'a' suffix in document names means that revisions are accepted by a corresponding editor tool, thus they can be used as a reference for the expected behaviour of the filter.
