OpenXML Filter: hidden or excluded presentation slides should trigger exclusion of all related parts

Ex.: if a slide is hidden, its slide layout (if unused by others), its slide master (if unused by others), its notes and notes master (if unused by others) can be hidden as well. Most probably, this is an incomplete list of possibilities.
