Provide an option of keeping pre-translated targets unmodified

Machine-translated segments may appear with a different number of codes in source and target(s). And currently, there is no option to adjust this behaviour. Thus, missed codes are always copied from source to target, which leads to other sorts of inconveniencies up to a corrupted XML document on output.
