OpenXML Filter: the styles and highlight colors exclusion and inclusion affects not only DOCX but PPTX and XLSX document types

The following configuration parameters:

bInExcludeMode.b=true
bInExcludeHighlightMode.b=true
tsExcludeWordStyles.i=0
tsWordHighlightColors.i=0

are present on the Word options tab in Rainbow:

At the same time, they affect the behaviour of Powerpoint and Excel filtering.

So, it would be better to introduce separate parameters for other types and/or restrict them to Word at least.
