Improve mapping/process in context new mf fix release

When @dr0i releases the new fix.

  • Update script to new fix runner version
  • Add new 001 identifier with new to_base64 fix function, we need to decide a format first (oersi:... ?), with tests-examples checked out
  • Add additional first 856 link for the OERSI landing page, with tests-examples checked out
  • Create new example set with 300 records
