Support radio (W)FM channel export for Icom ID-52 and IC-705 and add data source with Austrian frequencies

The Icom ID-52 supports radio (W)FM channels via the FM Radio Memory - also the Icom IC-705 supports WFM channels. Support export for these devices and also add a data source with Austrian frequencies.
