Optimize naming of entries for chirp

• 1) name with spaces included: eg: "St. Bartholomae 70cm" will transform to "ST. 7" with name-5-char. nice would be: "St.B7" (so delete the space to get the most information".
• 2. Moreover I have no clue if german "umlaute" are a good idea in the names? eg "Schoeckl 7" will transform to "Schö-2". I'll have to upload it to my devices to see if there are any problems.
• 3. when using "char-7-name" on simplex channels - the output is: "V36 (-2" which is correct but a little awkward. Maybe there is room for improvement.
