We have various recipes upgrades/additions that will not work on the current docker image used for the CI builds.

While we could upgrade the docker image to something newer, that would probably just cause other kinds of breakage, and we would anyways like oe-lite to be more self-contained.

This milestone is for tracking the work related to fixing autotools in oe-lite for good (fingers crossed)
