Minimal asterisk configuration

It would be good to setup a fresh system without asterisk default config files. Like a minimal installation. Also need a functionality to upload a configuration pack that is a bunch of .conf files.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
