Upload GitLab CI test results to testsuite app

Description

Create test reports for autotools and cmake based test jobs and upload the results to the testsuite integration

Missing:

  • correct testsuite token variable name

The CI for this branch cannot pass due to tolerance issues which I would prefer to do in a separate MR so that they could be merged independently of the GitLab CI.
