Remove the use of the lcao_full option from most of the testsuite

Description

The lcao_full option should be removed, as it often leads to poor convergence and is strictly speaking not correct. In this MR most of the tests that use this option are changed. A couple of tests that use lcao_full are left as they are for the moment because they need further tweaking than simply updating reference values.
