CMake files not in tarball

Currently, the tarball is created by out dist builder via make dist. This does not include the cmake files and cmake folders. These need to be added.

When we completely moved to CMake and drop autotools support, probably we should no longer use that builder, but simply distribute the tarball created by gitlab.
