gs calculations fail when using smaller "spacing"

Dear all,

I encountered an issue when running gs calculations for GaN. It works when I use spacing = 0.3, but somehow fails when I use spacing = 0.16. Here I attached my input and output files. Please change the pseudopotentials setting to the set one.
