a bug when using TDProjStateStart

I am trying to output the time-dependent occupation numbers with the following parameters:

%TDOutput
  td_occup
%
TDProjStateStart=4
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

But there is gonna be an error showing that:

If I remove "TDProjStateStart=4", it would work fine.
