Incorrect projections and n_ex output when using TDProjStateStart with %TDOutput td_occup n_excited_el %

When running a time-dependent simulation with the parameter TDProjStateStart enabled and requesting the following output via %TDOutput td_occup n_excited_el %. The values written for projections and n_ex appear to be incorrect.  The relevant input file
