Infinite loop at last time step in tddft-maxwell tutorial

For the current main (git rev 1982bacd) Octopus is trapped in an infinite loop in the multi-system time-propagation.

Here are two simple input files that allow to reproduce the error

Hydrogen atom: inp For namespace reasons this has to be executed in a folder with name 'hydrogen'

Maxwell-TDDFT input: inp
