This calculation is wrong for solids and should be forbidden.

Moreover, one needs to add some documentation on what is computed to the manual. The in-code routines should be documented as well.

One needs to check if the nonlocal terms like DFT+U, hybrids, MGGAs, ..., are properly implemented for the angular moment routines. Else, the code should also stop in these cases.
