Test: Missing Tests in CMakeLists.txt

Developers are in danger of missing adding tests to CMakeLists.txt. Tests currently not run by cmake include:

	09-magnetic_2d.test
maxwell
	14-quadrupole-pot.test
periodic_systems
	31-magnom_1d.test
