Description

Due to a bug (?) in jacamar or the gitlab runner Slurm timeouts do not lead to a job failure.

To prevent that set the valgrind timeout to a value larger than the CI timeout configured for this repository.

The other jobs are generally much faster so no changes are made to those. This decision can be revisited once !2530 (closed) is merged.
