Random skipping of writing states

Dear all,

I have encountered a minor but curious error: In td-calculations, after every batch of 50 steps, the states are written to corresponding "angular or "spin" files. It occasionally happens that a batch is calculated but not written to these files. I have attached an example file where this happens.

It is not a big deal, but I wanted to bring it to your attention. In my case below, it happened twice (once between 3650 and 3700 and between 4600 and 4650)
