Casida tutorial should use CasidaKohnShamStates

By default, the code uses all available states for Casida. This is not compatible with the logic of CasidaKohnShamStates and ExtraStatesToConverge, and we should change the last step of the tutorial to only use states from 1 to 10, and not the ones in the buffer.
