Outdated website labels

@martin.lueders @AlexBuccheri The page https://www.octopus-code.org/documentation/main/developers/coding_manual/starting_to_develop/ still refers to old names like "master" and "develop". We need to fix this.

The statement "but start the merge request title with WIP:." should contain "Draft" instead of WIP.
