Documentation: Remove old docker info?

We have two sets of documentation on using Octopus docker images, defined in doc/html/content/Manual/Installation/docker_images.md and doc/html/content/Manual/Docker_images.md.

I assume the former documentation is now superfluous, and can be removed.
