oct-photoelectron_spectrum crashes since Octopus 15.0

Dear all,

when I use the oct-photoelectron_spectrum post-processing tool, I always encounter the following error:

It does not matter if I

• specify "OutputFormat"
• specify the output format in the PhotoelectronSpectrumOutput block
• do not even want to calculate the velocity map, which I don't. It is being calculated no matter what is inside the Output block. So it would already be helpful to skip certain output files.

Moreover, this has not happened with Octopus 13.0 for me, so it must be a novel issue. The PES calculation was also carried out with spinors, if that matters.
