Next cargo release

Hello!

I'm working on getting ocaml-rs working with OCaml 5.0 and it looks like a new Cargo release for version 0.3 of ocaml-boxroot-sys would be the first step needed to make that happen. I've been following along with some of the activity on this repo, but am not clear if it's in a releasable state or not. Did you have a particular timeline in mind for the next release? Is there any outstanding work that would be required before the next release?

I am happy to help with the Rust side of things, or if there's anything else you can think of considering my relatively surface knowledge of the OCaml runtime. For now there is no problem with pointing people to an unreleased ocaml-rs branch if they need OCaml 5 support, just wanted to open up this conversation!
