Consider support for runtime containers based on rhel ubiX-micro and ubiX-minimal

Hello, I've done some shallow searching and haven't seen containers based on RHEL that utilize the minimal and micro versions of ubi images. The bulky container we're given today (e.g. ubi9) contains many unnecessary packages that are a headache to maintain in an environment/organization that utilizes many online and offline security scanners to keep the services as safe as possible.

I am willing to build an image myself, is the build script mentioned above (wrt to older unsupported tags) a good starting point?
