One OS is enough

• Show warning if os is empty.
• Give a hint how to clone.
• Fix all occurrences where we refer to OS. Probably fixing link in active is enough.
• Simplify upm status.
• Expand automated tests to cover above scenarios.
• Test it on private projects. Update them to new structure.
