Can't generate NuttX 7.x tags

kconfiglib crashes on missing apps/Kconfig

We should support versions which are present here https://nuttx.apache.org/download.

It might be reasonable to cap it on time (2 years) or number of tags (20), but right now the limitation comes from the fact that it doesn't work.
