Consider changes to Plutus Platform related to Vasil fork and plan the strategy

Cardano Vasil fork is approaching and it seems that there will be a lot of changes, including Plutus version, etc. Code developed against current Plutus platform may not work correctly after the fork. Vasil keeps to be postopning, which is not exactly unexpected, but it creates the situation, that soon after our code gets released on the Plutus Platfrom 'v1' it becomes obsolete and not-working on forked blockchain.

This issue is originally reported by @ilija.radeljic and he will provide better description when on-boarded to GitLab.
