Integration test suite should contain a test that will deploy bootstrap server on a machine with public ip and test the ability of other machines to establish p2p connections. for that lets try to use machines of nunet-infra and discuss if that is not enough. the list of machines available for the team as the 'current nunet-infra' is here: https://gitlab.com/nunet/architecture/-/blob/master/internal/current_nunet_infra.md
