Getting parse error while running the command nunet capacity on wsl

Steps to reproduce
Pre-condition:
- Make sure the DMS, SPD, and CPD are installed and configured successfully.
Steps:
- On the remote server run the command "nunet capacity --onboarded --pretty". => Run successfully without error.
- On the wsl run the command "nunet capacity --onboarded --pretty". => Return the nunet reserved capacity with parse error: Invalid numeric literal at line 1, column 353.
What is the current bug behavior?
Return the nunet reserved capacity with parse error: Invalid numeric literal at line 1, column 353.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Should return the nunet reserved capacity without error.

Version number of NuNet components
- DMS version:0.4.125
- SPD version: 0.1.10
- CPD version: 0.1.0
SO version, emulator/virtual machine type and version, network type (including NAT type), environment variables, parameters, etc
- One DMS is running on WSL on the local machine.
- One DMS is running on a remote Ubuntu machine.
