Proposal for new version

Due to the various errors found in the App, we will reconstruct it, with a more simplified structure using nw.js Electron. This change to nw.js is because we have several other projects that use this framework, making it easier to maintain.

This problem will be closed when we complete the list below:

• Rewrite the App with Electron, Vue and TypeScript.
• Create a system of logs and dialog for errors
• Create a welcome screen and initial setup of the App, for those who install it the first time.
• Adding support for repositories configurations
• Support for Linux and Windows initially
• Fix errors found so far
• Create App Version with All Modules Upgraded
• Simplify and reorganize the structure.

We will also be developing a minified version of the App for testing, in a separate branch called "mini-app"
With these changes we can solve problems from 1 to 7, we are anxious to start, this problem will be updated as we progress.
