shown dimensional weights are wrong

Weights shown during estimation by mpitb est with indicator-specific weights show wrong results.

Closer inspection reveals, that mpitb setwgts returns in this case wrong macros, but correct matrices.

The reason is that local containing all indicator weights was used in this case to define return macros and data chars.

Implemented solution

Now local containing all dimension weights is used.
