Add support for running NETSIM inside the NSO container
This is probably more relevant for demos and maybe POCs, rather than production systems and their test environments, but still a relevant use case for NSO in Docker. A couple of minor changes are required to the base NSO image to support NETSIM - make and a script in /opt/ncs/current/support.
NETSIM can be started using a pre-ncs-start script, but there's no way to stop it cleanly when NSO stops (which could be important if you want to start the container again). run-nso.sh could automatically start/stop NETSIM if the netsim directory exists, or at least add a hook to run a custom cleanup script when NSO is stopped.
