What's our cleaning story?
We can't produce new docker images forever. What is our cleaning story? How do we preserve disk space^W^Wthe planet?

remove dangling container images !94 (closed) - we know that we cause some dangling container images so might as well remove some - they could also be from other projects but since they are dangling there is little reason not to remove some

stop and remove containers after CI run #53 (closed) !92 (merged) - currently, if a test fails, it won't get to the
docker stop
command which is typically run at the end of the test but rather exit early which leaves the test container running - we need to run something that stops and removes containers as part of after_script or similar so we don't leave any containers running after a test regardless of test success or failure
