doc: Time discussion in the Manual could be improved.

Many capabilities of Time manipulation are mentioned in the Manual, but no easy way to learn more.

The capabilities mentioned should be illustrated with examples and/or given pointers to the relevant documentation.

In addition, wrt SetResolution() there is a tradeoff between resolution and maximum simulation time span: smaller resolutions will saturate Time at smaller values. This should be shown with a table, perhaps.
