INQ does not compile with the master branch of pseudopod

Trying to update to the master branch of pseudopod generates linking errors with libpaw_interface. This makes developing pseudopod very complicated. @mnguye1, please commit the changes necessary to the CMakefiles.txt files for inq and pseudopod so that it compiles and links libpaw_interface.
