Feature request: Made absent information related to the availability

The information if a volunteer absent is at the moment a global information.

We check-in the volunteers every morning to figure out if someone may be not returning in order to update the plans.

Making the absent information related to the availability would allow mark the volunteer absent for a specific day.

A workaround could be made all volunteer absent by default every morning and remove the flag during the check-in.
