Add "Add event button" to List overview

Now there is no way to add an event in the List overview. We need to add a way to do it.

We need to make it clear for a new user how to add first event. Possible ways:\

• tooltip on the add button?\
• “+” button and text “Create your first project/event” (better for the elderly)
