Refactored view code generation for gallery_block
requested to merge rafamanzo/noosfero:refactor_gallery_block_block_plugin_html_generation into master
The HTMl generation has been removed from the model and should get handled by BoxesHelper.
There were no tests for the view, so some basic ones were added to assure this refactor has preserved some basic bahaviour.
