Add feature: Article Followers

- Every article can be followed, so the user can receive notifications without having to comment on it.
- User commenting on an article anonymously (without previous login) will not receive notifications anymore.
- When commenting an article while logged in, there is an option to follow it, and therefore receive notifications. This option will be unmarked by default.
