Adds hotspot to override sign in redirection from plugins

  • Adds hotspot to override sign in redirection from plugins
    • The plugin configuration have priority over any environment configuration
  • Removes option to customize url redirection after login from person control panel
    • It will only be possible to change the redirection page from the environment administration panel.
    • Only removed from the template, so any environment that uses it will continue to work for now.
