Creating plugin to manage system administrator to install themes
A new feature to manage themes!
The plugin enables the system administrator to install and manage the theme through the noosfero interface. To install the theme through the plugin it is necessary only to compress the theme folder in a .zip, it is still possible to disable and enable themes besides you can uninstall them.
