docker: allow to attach when using a docker-based installation

Pedro Lucas Porcellis requested to merge eletrotupi/noosfero:master into master

This allows the developer to run docker attach .

It might be useful to also mention the .env file 1 and rename this file to the standard docker-compose and it's variants to docker-compose-{staging,production}.yml, etc.
