nongnu: linux-lts: Update to linux-5.15.

Hi folks,

I thought this change would be more invasive but according to cuirass raising linux-lts to 5.15 doesn't seem to break any existing packages.

If no one steps up with any road blockers, I'll merge at the end of this week.
