Nonguix logo design proposal

I was wondering if you received my logo proposal from Feb 05 by email, or should I attach it to this issue?

Nonguix would like to have a logo. @jonsger contacted me asking if I'd be interested in helping them with that, based on logo ideas from the community. I don't use nonguix myself, so I thought I wouldn't have the motivation to design a logo. But I couldn't help it and suggested to reuse the GNU Guix logo (which is a free cultural work after all) and proposed the following designs:

Concept
The idea with this design is to use «dark and evil» in a playful/serious way where the devil is used to constantly remind us and nonguix users the dangers of binary blobs, proprietary software and so on, and also to show people a «path to light», where people can transition/upgrade little by little to libre GNU Guix. This is similar to the ideas of FSF Freedom Ladder and RMS' «install fest devil».
- The red is a warning color in this case («red alert, includes proprietary software»)
- The variant with the partially covered head tries to indicate, «this is Guix, but not quite»
- The variant with a tail more clearly indicates «The devil hides inside»
Personally, I think the logo variant with a devil tail works better for this purpose (D2).
Concerns
GNU Guix might not like this idea, so let's ask them and see what they think:
To Guix devel: How would you feel about this derivative logo for Nonguix?
If they would feel bad about it, this proposal will simply be dropped, and something else can be done.
Suggestions
Suggested changes to the logo variants based on people's feedback.
General:
- Avoid all-caps so that people are not led to think that the name Guix is an acronym.
C-D:
- Make the tail so that it looks less like an arrow and more like a tail.
