Get access to the current seed of a test

Still, in the process of making !31 (closed) as a standalone pluging of Tezt, it would be nice if it was possible to get access to the current seed chosen by Tezt. Otherwise, the plugin needs to choose a new seed on the Random case. This, as a consequence, makes the Tezt log messages with the seed erroneous.
