[Question] using pi-gen for reproducible builds?

Hello!

What do you think about adding a section to the INSTALL.md on how to use https://github.com/RPi-Distro/pi-gen/ to generate the image?

The current "from scratch" installation method contain a lot of manual steps which can cause some big headaches.

I'm asking here first so that I don't waste time creating / testing the scripts and to see what the sentiment is about automating part of the process.
