translator simulations 50 59 dep_parse_data_aux

Addresses #138 , parse_data_aux map, big_map and set cases. Also, it uses fuel now (no need use bypass guard).

One disadvanage - I had to duplicate code for parse_big_map_items (so, there is also parse_big_map_items2). It should be provable, still. I marked it with @todo, hope to devote a bit time to it when full task will be finished.
